Shipping & Returns

Once we receive your order for your new cashmere piece, it will be lovingly packaged and dispatched. We will notify you as soon as your package is on its way. The email will include your tracking number, which you can use to track your package at any time.

Shipping Time

Austria: 2-5 business days
Germany: 3-7 business days

For purchases of €400 or more, we offer free shipping within Europe.

Packaging

We wrap your purchase in tissue paper and then place it in an environmentally friendly white cardboard box.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes you change your mind. We completely understand that. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method used for the purchase, starting from when your return arrives at the warehouse. For exchanges, you are welcome to contact us to choose another item, or we can issue you an online voucher.

Please note that we calculate our prices fairly and, in the interest of sustainability, cannot offer free returns. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returned products must also be in their original condition, including the tag, new, and unworn. We recommend shipping with a tracking number, as we cannot assume liability for lost packages in transit.
