Right of revocation (= right to withdraw)

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The returns shall be borne by the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us - CALEO Cashmere, Elisabeth Bauer, Theatergasse 14-16/8, 4810 Gmunden, Mobile: +43/664/1203667, Email : ebauer@caleo.co - by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you submit the notice of the right to revocation before expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that arise should you have chosen a type of delivery other than the reasonable, standard delivery that was offered by us), immediately and at the latest, fourteen days from the day that notice of your revocation has been received by us. To make refunds, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was explicitly agreed with you; on no account shall fees be charged as a result of this refund.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until you have produced proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us - CALEO Cashmere, Elisabeth Bauer, Theatergasse 14-16/8, 4810 Gmunden - immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of the cancellation of this contract. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

They shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine their nature, properties and functionality. Model withdrawal form: see Annex.

Claims for damages in cases of slight negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injury or damage to objects taken over for processing as well as any product liability claims
