Shipping & Returns
As soon as we receive your order for your new cashmere piece, it will be lovingly packed and shipped. We will notify you as soon as your package is on its way to you. The email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to trace your parcel at any time.
Austria: 2-5 working days
Germany: 3-7 working days
The shipping time to countries outside Austria and Germany depends on the respective shipping location. Please contact us by mail or by phone at +436641203667.
(These are the usual delivery times! Public holidays, weekends, strikes, lockdowns, etc. may delay delivery).
Deliveries to Austria € 6
Deliveries to Germany € 12
Deliveries to Europe € 15
For all other destinations we charge € 25

We do not charge shipping costs within Europe for purchases of € 400 or more.
Depending on whether or not you select gift wrapping when completing your order, we will place your purchase in tissue paper and then in an environmentally friendly white cardboard box, or lovingly prepare the package as a gift.
Return & Exchange
Sometimes you change your mind. We fully understand that. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package.
The amount will be refunded from the time your return arrives at the warehouse, using the payment method originally used at the time of purchase.
For exchanges, you are welcome to contact us and choose another item, or we can issue you an online voucher.
Please note that we calculate our prices fairly and cannot offer free returns in the spirit of sustainability. The costs for the return shipment are therefore to be borne by the customer.
Returned products must also be in their original condition, i.e. including the label, new and unworn. We recommend shipping with a tracking number, as we cannot accept any liability in the event of the package being lost in the post.
